Apparently, the more recent Star Wars trilogy made so little impression on me that I have no recollection of why Anakin turned to the Dark Side...
because the hott chick told him that what she thought she really-really wanted wasn't what she really-really wanted after all. (aka, he was lousy in bed.)

mmm. thank you, FD! Bed's a good thing; I am headed to mine now.

Sweet dreams, all.

And Mac? Welcome home.

Thanks, hon.

And FD thanks for that hug.. here is one back for ya. :)

And Maureen.. I live in the past. It is just 10 mins shy of 11/26 so I STILL had a few minutes to use a jedi mind trick on the guy at the local restaurant and score this:

Now, sleep well.

And it has been awhile since I have been able to say this. *clears throat*

G'nite threadies. See you tomorrow.

What good are jedi mind tricks if you can't convince her you are the Emperor in bed?

He should have just waved his hand..
"You arrived 10 times"
"I arrived 10 times"
"I am not hung like yoda"
"you are not hung like yoda"

No wonder he went mecha.

Now goodnight! :o

It is a bit long, but quite comical:

JCPenney. Some marketing wiz is sitting on a huge bonus me thinks. I wonder if they skipped the opens Nov 21st part on purpose to let the viral-video thing percolate a bit longer...

Cuz the jedi were too sexist to notice the chicks had skillz too. She'd been playing him since he was eight. Finally got him...and then suddenly threw him back. (After sleeping together *once*.) nuf-sed.

I agonised over whether I should post the little man's version or Bobby Darin's . . .

It would be an even more wonderful day if I could leave work early today to start a very long weekend, like some of you over the water are doing.

(*trembles*)

This is my first post to this thread. :o I figure this is where I go to 'fess-up about making some changes at the Hangout.

No, I didn't level the place. I just replaced a few palm trees (and one big Linden evergreen, that kinda got caught-up in the frenzy). The palms that I replaced were kinda high-prim (a cluster of three of them had 58 prims) and full-bright. The replacements are 3 prims each; not quite as tall; from Botanical; saved 69 prims, net.

I did check with the group Owners first to make sure there wasn't any known special sentiment attached to the earlier palms. But still, if I removed anybody's favorite big glow-in-the-dark palm trees, sorry 'bout that. And if folks don't like the replacements, let me know and I'll go palm-tree shopping again.

Yeah, well, not all of us get to leave early (if I get 30 minutes, it's a big deal).

Hey Pep, gift for you ;)

Sorry Honey. :(

What stinks is that everyone here will probably be sent home early today...except I have enough work to get done I'll have to stay anyway. *le sigh*

We'll commiserate together.
