Advice required Mature land purchase during adult debate

I would not buy right now

if I had known I would not have bought the Full Sim i have and over the last years , or build a business that was aimed a all Players New and Older

because this will prevent any new players from going anywhere there might be Mixed Content

I think this depends a lot on how risk-averse you are.

If you are more at the speculation end, and feel that LL will do some sort of "free transfer" to the new continent and that the value of that land will go up, then that might certainly be a good speculative jump.

But it's equally likely that land values will go down overall, because of the sudden glut of land being added to the market. Regular mainland will suddenly become VERY available, and maybe the Adult continent won't take off because LL keep the supply of sims up.

If you are feeling conservative and this is not "play money" then I think I would play safe and not buy anything until the current issues have been resolved and a way forward is more clear.
