There is a programming industry saying: "Managing programmers is like herding cats", alluding to the difficulty of managing people who are strong-willed loners. Jade surely took her title from that.

Good to see things worked out! As the original "SLB guy", I understand what Jade's going through. When Linden Lab have major problems, well, you know what they say about "stuff rolling downhill." Back when I was doing SLBoutique customer service, during the "grey goo grid crash" era, these gray goo attacks would cause tons of inventory transfer failures. It would take me several days to catch up on support requests. Thanks for bearing with it - Jade Lily has the biggest heart in Second Life, and will take care of all of you!

Even if I had been out of SL for ages and had not heard the news, I think I would have logged into the OnRez/SLBoutique website to check on my account there before I automatically paid money to it -- and then you would have found out.
