I don't believe the problem is spelling and grammer, but the fact txt spk is used, very different to dyslexia, which is a no no on most forums and very difficult to read. Normally only used for cell phone texting between the young.

I'm a spelling nazi, but I'll ignore that for this one...
Kelly...when you sold the groups, you sold the name of the groups.
Now, you can call your *club* anything you want, and there's nothing the new group owner can do about it. But you can't name your new club group(s) the same as the old ones, since duplication isn't allowed.
You can give them SIMILAR names...but you might not want to, because it could lead to confusion...new people joining the old groups, for example.
Personally, I think selling a group without selling the club it's about is a pretty stupid thing to do, both for the buyer and the seller.
The buyer loses, because most people are going to do just what they did...get his offer to join HIS club group and say, "no thanks".
The seller loses because you lose your ready-made user base and have to start over, just as if you were a new club.

I know enough people with dyslexia that can spell perfectly well, stop using it as an excuse.

Well actually... I read and reply to quite a few forum posts from my mobile phone but the T9 dictionary does just fine with full words too. |
