Help!!!!!!!!!! need advice on nmae of club

right yes me again lol.

right drama yet again but need someone advice

righti have a freind mnaddy who owns a club she just sold the groups 2 a guy but not the club or the lnad itslef......but me and mi freind des have been offered the club and land so we will own the club.

i tell ppl that we will sn be ownin the club....so one of the vips tells me the new owner of the groups has bee spammin the gruop with none related stuff...and ejectin ppl that dont go 2 his own club. so i send him an IM askin why hes bein like this.

he was ok at first but hen after findin out we goin 2 own the club he starts thretening me sayin he would get me banned if open the club with the same name of the groups.....now what id like 2 know can he do this.....stop us from opein a club that6 been called hot height for a year and becuase he owns the groups thinks he cans top us from carriin on with the name

Ok, first, put the drama llama back in its cage.

Second, the claim of "I can get you banned" is bullshit. It's childish, and it's untrue.

Third, if someone is causing shit, eject them from the group. Sadly, SL doesnt seem to have a way yet that you can stop someone from re-joining, but it may work. I highly doubt you can do much more than just ignore him from that point on.

1. Posting a private conversation is far more likely to get you banned than opening a club with that name.

2. Your spelling and text speak shorthand is atrocious. I honestly couldn't understand a word of your first post so had no idea wtf you were asking in your original post.

3. As the others have already said...time to tell everyone its their drama and they need to act in it.

If she sold the groups then she sold the name rights. and who the heck sells a group without the club. Sounds like the whole ordeal is shady and people are getting what they deserve. This is nothing but shady business and it is reaping what it sewed

No, he can't do anything against you if you continue to use the same club name. It's just hot air.

It was really hard to understand what the opening post says, but if someone buys a group and they are the owner, surely they can post whatever they like on it? Surely you can't spam your own group? They can also eject who they wish, they own it.

Shady goings on all round, why sell the group for a club seperately unless you are giving out the names and contact availability to the new owner and their club?

You don't even own a name for a venue in Second Life unless you Trademark it.

Just rename the club and create your own audience. The group name belongs to someone else. If you use his group name for your venue and VIP Group you can look forward to months of nonsense.

Lots of people in SL are dyslexic ( might be that we lack spelling skills but make up for it in being creative ...i don't know ? ) But thats no excuse for using this txt talk crap .
