From: Oryx Tempel What does "primmed out of the area" mean? If you rez a prim and then sit on it, you can then edit that prim and move it through walls, etc. You move with it. (Just a guess)

(Just a guess) So the OP deliberately uses a technique to circumvent land security and then makes a trollpost violating the naming names policy with rhetorical questions in a transparent attempt to make it seem like a legitimate RA thread. And btw the account is still named in this thread. Time for another thread deletion?

It's a rather amusing tale. I can't imagine closing off my Estates so nobody could see them, and expect to ever get any business. On the other hand, I have had a spate of competitors come Spamming my residents trying to steal them lately. Frustrating, but considering the 'deals' they offer are terrible compared to mine, I'm not too much concerned.

if someone runs 35 sims you would think they gave up micro-managing a long time ago, I know from expereince that micro-management is not for me. Im not too sure what this poaching thing is, I dont have these problems on my sims, maybe its poaching because they have decided to do the L$1 reserve thing? well thats a gamer calling a gamer a gamer lol thats funny..in any event, witht he hostility you got from the sim owner that should show you pretty apparrently that you dont want to do any type of business with this person at all, plenty of estate owners out there that would like a hand with reselling thier land... Treat all prospective residents and current residents with respect and you'll get the same back from them...Stop micro-managing, and let your residents settle thier own problems when they can. My biggest rule for residents when they have issues with each other is to WORK IT OUT, 99% of the time they get it worked out, and become friends, the other 1% I have to transfer people to another sim

Sounds like a nasty business to be in, with such paranoid people.
Had I read this response before I read the op I would of sworn you were talking about sales people, shopowners.

Yes, The land owner The OP noted, was a past tenant with my group and a friend too. The quotes are very edited and there is more too it! She would never just boot someone.....

I never know what to believe any more. Trials of public opinion... meh, icky. People can have so many friends on a forum, you can have one popular person say something and 30 people will chime in and agree no matter what was said. It's not that I believe or disbelieve the first post - I simply hold out for facts, and even then generally I got nothing but he-said/she-said... so it's just best to keep the mouth shut. I've got enough friends that read this forum such that I doubt anyone would ever get a fair 'hearing out' and 'community verdict' here if they ever had a complaint about me. Sure, a few might listen, but overall... this would be a really ugly place for a 'trial of public opinion.' Most forums are like that - giant webs of unseen friendships and interrelationships that kind of minimise any chance of justice. Knowing that, even if things went in my favour... it's still icky, and not right. * * * * * A side story though - I remember launching... oh I don't remember it was like region # 20 or something - Caledon Regency. There I was, the region had *just* opened and a guy comes in, stands under a bridge and starts spamming everyone with land rental offers. Including me! I was just incredulous - and even more so, because he was under the bridge like a troll - hiding, but... what a stupid way to do it? Whatever. I'll never lock down my regions - the way to keep people is through excellence, not walls. Just the oddest thing though, that strange experience... heh!
