Going back to the original concept of a Playboy Mansion possibly violating trademarks ... what about calling them

Playboy's Mansion or Playgirl's Mansion?

Brilliant idea!

Pep (Or maybe you should stick to photography)

Thanks for the suggestion....that might fly.....but you know what????.......

I'm still a tad Irked about the Bunny telling me that I am profiting from them....that I have removed that particular word from all my ads. That attitude was a tad too Arrogant for me.....and bottom line, it came from someone who blatantly claims to represent their Official Sim.

I was selling these homes before completion, one right after another, when I was in full swing......and it had nothing to do with that company. The first year....I didn't even use that term. I don't need it.

They sell because I use a great designer's prefab home, set it on a piece of land owned by a sim owner that I enjoy working with......then I use another 20 or 30 or 50, great designers' items in them....and people like the way I arrange things and set it up. So 53 people who are participating and creating in SL, daily.....and considered "Little Fish"......are the ones who sell those homes. Not that company!

The Nerve.......soooooo...... I've decided they are not going to profit from me, and 52 Hardworking SL Designers, any longer.....by promoting Their Name for them. :)

Minor changes like that are rarely enough to avoid a trademark violation. It would be like calling an arcade "Disney's Land".
