Whenever I try to make either ice cream or lasagne I always end up messing it up. I stick to bakery lol.

I can't bake very well because I'm not big on sweets, although I do make a fantastic soft, oversized, ginger cookie... /me is now in the mood for ginger cookies! wonder if I have the ingredients on hand? That would certainly take the smell of said paint out of the house!

But keeping up with about 30 people and serving four courses was about the most stressful thing I've ever done here. And then I got irate with someone who asked for the chocolate mousse but then changed his mind and wanted the sorbet. God I had to mess about while two tables were waiting for coffee. Basil Fawlty had nothing on me. Believe me, I tip more in RL now than I ever used to. |

Funnily I can't make ginger cookies. i never get it right. And nutmeg makes me feel ill so making rock cakes is a challenge lol. /me hands round virtual carrot cake for the virtual peeps  lol
