I think they did a great job with the inworld notice earlier.. I had JUST (not 3 seconds before the announcement) finished buying some anims and even grabbed a 1L item after the announcement with no issues. A quick TP home, let things rez in enough to see, and I couldn't rez an item (unable to.. blah blah), and I lost a 1L test payment to my alt. I got the message BEFORE issues got to me... I couldn't ask for anything more.
