From: Chris Norse And I should worry about you or your friends because? using a US law is all fine and good but if they aren't in the US it won't apply.

Once the official 1.23 viewer comes into a force...there will be market for false ID to use in the Aristotle system. I know of 1 website already with such info......in-world word of mouth will do the rest. ...and yes, people will take that risk. Lots of people are not heavily invested into SL...so its worth the gamble, just to access adult content.

Do you send out those emails claiming to be the widow of an African warlord with 10 million dollars in the bank? How did you come to that conclusion from my posts? I'm stating that Facebook case has no bearing on other countries. Like certain locations in Africa. US laws are not world laws.

From: Lord Sullivan However all Aristotle asks is that the information is "True" it does not ask if the information is yours or belongs to you, therefore imo Aristotle needs you to declare that the information is yours and it is you that is submitting it It is all around the wording that Aristotle uses when you verify. No offense but that might work with a charming five year old and their mom, it would not hold water in court. Judges don't tend to have great senses of humor, especially about I.D. fraud, a growing threat. Just take a look at all the hysteria about knowing who is who right now when people travel - then tell me they won't care, if they bust some child porn ring or something and the user signed up as Daffy Duck. They'd probably add on another year. ;P
