Me and my friend Triela bought the Swimmer 2.0 at the same time. She told me that she got an automatic update about 2 weeks ago to 2.05. I never recieved mine. I sent Siggy a notecard on Friday last week and still no update. I was having issues until the last update to all the sims. Mine seems to be working okay now.

I have version 2.05 bought last week (with some excitement I might add since I missed using my old one very much) but I get the sound error as well so the newer version hasn't fixed the issue.

i bought it becouse of this thred and love it gods what a hoot!
i think the one issue reported is a bounding box issue and i don't know how that could be resolve ,make your pools with sloped sideds and no stairs helps alot.
the one thing i wish it would do is drop a few temp rez water pudles down when you first get out of the water that would make it totallly great i think

GOOD NEWS for people who get the sound script error, also in 2.05 !!!
Today Siggy provided a fix which solves the problem. I tried it on 3 different sims and the problem is completely gone! Siggy says it's an 'interim fix' for people who experience the problem right now. They should contact him. He is working on a 'proper fix' and the updating system.

I can't answer that, because I don't want to interfere with Siggy's ideas for providing product updates. I can only say that I sent him an IM because I had the script error in version 2.05 that I bought recently in his shop. After a few days he sent me the 'interim fix', which is version 2.052. But he also said that very few people have this sound script error and he's working on the final fix in an official new release. How he will provide it, that I don't know.

Just heard it's working again... updated for HAVOK 4
Anyone tried it yet ? Does it work in all water ? Linden water ? Any kind of water ? Don't wanna buy til it's been tested. Call me cautious but it's been borked for ages and now the updated hud is now on sale. Hope it does work. Lov Siggys products n if it is working again then HOORAY !!! does this mean i can update the one i bought last yr.. or do i have to buy a new one? |
