Yes, the buffer is built back up. Thank everyone who donated. It is greatly appreciated by all. Hmmmm, so I went Premium for no reason? I got the 512 but haven't been able to add them to group yet. Damn, that could have paid for a lot of shoes.... . _____________________

You can buy a small plot for a nursery. So when you have prim babies, you will have a place to keep them.  As I'm disinterested in procreation, I'm glad I didn't sign up for a whole quarter . _____________________

The land was all paid for through membership donations, and thanks to tier donations, there are no "property taxes". There are no imediate cash needs I believe, usually when an event is run sometimes members will donate, or Chris and I throw in Lindens. But as always, no donation of any type is required and all that are made are greatly appreciated. Since i am no longer Premium and have no tier to donate, you are all doing more for the group than I am. Part of the donations being the land itself. Out of interest, if a private island was in a group, could the owner donate 10% of his 65,536 m2? No, he would have to donate 59579sqm then the 10% would make it upto 65537sqm leaving the owner with 5957 pay tier and 512sqm bonus a total of 6467sqm to donate. |

I need to buy a 2796 plot next week anyway which will up my tier..(Damn prims!!) So I will donate at least 512,maybe more depending on which tier I update mine or my alts...There's no more land left in my sim,so it should be safe from my clutches,lol.
Now I can look cute,waitress,plan parties AND donate tier! Woohoo! I am a multitasking member... _____________________

Islands are billed differently than Mainland and owners don't actually have to be Premium members, so I don't believe this is correct. Going the other way, I used to live on an island which accepted tier in lieu of rent, but the tier went to the owner's mainland group...he couldn't use it for his island. _____________________

We get new people all the time and a lot come in from the forums here with questions they would rather ask in person. You also meet a lot of people who lurk here and don't post.
