I have two parcels of land in the Malrif region: "En Garde" and "Procyon Games"

"Procyon Games" is the larger of the two, about 48k m2. "En Garde" is 4800 m2. The two parcels have identical land option settings. In particular, both have the "Show in Search for $30/wk" checked.

If I search for "En Garde" in the new search tab, the En Garde parcel is the #1 result. But if I search for "Procyon Games", the Procyon Games parcel doesn't appear anywhere in the search results. I see some links from people's picks, and the Malrif region and my Procyon Gamers group, but not the land parcel itself. It's as if it never got indexed.

When people search for items in the parcel, vendors I have marked "show in search", those don't appear either.

Someone that found the exact problem (i were explaining an operator yesterday that the problem is NOT my ads/classfied... but that the parcels aren't listed/crawled by the new search engine)... *BUT* unlikely for me, your parcel crawling/listing is currently working. Do this test, search for: "Malrif Region" ...now click on the link, and you will see the list of the Places (parcels) on that region, here's exactly the result:

-------
Places in this Region:

* Procyon Games teleport now
* En Garde!
------

You see that your parcels are correctly collected by the search engine. Now do the exact test with my Region. Search for: "Beerbaum Region", click on the link and you'll see:

-------
Places in this Region:

* Beerbaum
-------

...the question is: where the hell is my second parcel named: "GUITARS - BEERBAUM - Guitar Drum Kit Drums Piano Music" ??? (it exists, and it is listed by the "old" search for for Places), plus it is mentioned on a classified (i've a classified on it too).
Now i don't know if my english is not enough to show what's the problem here... since i spent 20 minutes to talk to an operator and he insisted to look at my ads/classifieds... when the problem is that the damn (hem sry) *PARCEL* is not collected... and i'm sure he didn't figured it at all. :/

Certain places, residents not found in “all” search
Thursday, December 27th, 2007 at 3:02 PM PST by: rikalinden
Second Life recently switched to a new “All” search that functions similarly to web search engines like Google. Today I discovered an issue that leads to some residents, groups and places not being included in the search. Classifieds and events are not affected by this issue. I wanted to share this issue while I work on the solution.

....discovered? I'm reporting this from the start, there's a JIRA entry and there's a ticket open by me from the weeks (without a reply).
