SL has been very "flaky" the last days. It totally destroyed a pair of scripted shoes, because the lag caused the resizer to run again and again in a loop. I got a new pair from the designer, but then the HUD wouldn't work.

I know I don't have the best software or the best internet connection, but I hear many say the same. I lag much more than I ever did, causing my avatar to move "jerky" before the AO starts and I walk with the AO walk.
That's sounds exactly like my problem. It's almost like there's a little skip/hop before the animation kicks in properly.
I think it's just to wait it out and see.
Yes, I guess you're right. Sigh. Let's hope it is sorted quickly.
