From: CutieCat Seetan I've often thought it'd be a blast if some of the RP sims staged wars against each other. Elfs lay seige to Midian one weekend? Goreans sack a Victorian sim for their women? True to RP it would require consent, but there could be some fun in this. How to handle the inconsistent stories though? I'll leave that one to better minds. /me remembers fondly a thread where someone was threatening to send an ICBM nuke into a Gorean sim becaue they'd been thrown out for not being sufficiently Gorean. Ah... actually this does happen all the time. Caledon DOES have an Imperial Navy, and there *are* signup posters in Victoria Park and at Oxbridge. Be warned though, our Fleet Admiral (Dia) does have command powers, and the ability to run a tight Navy. Because we don't want just random goofballs to be committing acts of tardery under our flag (Like many others, Caledon has a Man O War flag, so just flying our civilian one on a pleasure craft won't get you shot at). Generally the other nations involved are Steelhead, Babbage, Steeltopia, New Brunswick and the Wrath fleet. Usually there is something going on, evenings Thursday SLT. Though a lot of times people split up into Red/Blue teams and do 'capture the flag' or other similar land/sea scenarios. Check it out and have a good time!
