Maybe a couple of bots could operate a catapult to launch cows against the other building. If the building is all the way to the edge, and the cows exploded on impact, they couldn't even complain about you sending prims onto their land.
lol. novel idea :)

Or I could have bots that walk around and keep stopping to pee on the building.

Why cows?? Why the female of the species? You should throw the male bovines. On second thoughts, that would be a load of bullocks.

Whatever I rezz on my side (and I do own all 4 sides of it except for two 4m bits), I can't make it in keeping with a medieval castle setting. It crossed my mind to turn it all into a sort of middle-ages castle that's been preserved, so that it's a tourist attraction in a current city setting - something like York still has part of the old city walls.

I'd actually made things so that walking around was level with her business building in case anyone happened to wander through. There's another business building next to hers that didn't have an entrance. I was putting a roadway around the sim and I suggested that the other guy makes an opening so that I can put a turn-off into his shop. He did, and I made the turn-off straight into his shop. I would have done the same for the black building person but her building isn't really suitable for it. All I could do is make it so that anyone walking around could walk straight along the side of her place and round to what's a sort of entrance. I've removed that bit now.

If the building goes from the ground to the sky on a 1024 its probably some temp rezzed monstrosity and is causing all your lag problems too.

It's done with huge prims that are not temp rezzed. There are no temp prims on the parcel.

Before the new ad rules came along, she had a building just like it there but all 4 huge sides were covered in an ad. It disappeared when the new rules came out, of course. The ad was a con. The buidling is 12 floors of office block, made to fit on a 1024 square. The ad said how much money could be made with the building by renting out the floors. It gave figures showing how much could be made with a 1024 and that buidling. It was all a con because it made no mention of the prim limitation.

Well, well, well. The big black building has gone now :)

I received an IM from the owner today, asking if I am interested in buying her land in the sim - I'd IMed her a few months ago asking her to let me know if ever she thought of selling it. My first thought was that the building was an inducement to buy, but it may not have been. The discussion was pleasant and the agreed price was fine, so it wasn't an inducement to get me to buy at a very high price. She said that putting the building there was just an experiment. I do know that it had been permanently rezzed by a rezzing system, so that might have been what the experiment was. Anyway, I now have the land, including where her hugely high business building was.

The bots are happy in their retirement, so I'm afriad the sale of them is still off, but it does mean that I can put some heart back into the castle - which is just for me to pass time on, anyway. I almost deleted it when I first saw the building. My heart sank that much. So, all's well that ends well, as we say.

I was wondering when the fire sale would occur =)

I'll take a 'ho bot too please... I want to drop in the welcome area and only respond "want mak sexies"... it'll reply yes and then just stand there =)

But HOW would you be able to tell it from most of the Welcome Area regulars if you ever needed to find it again? :)

I'll swap them for some spare 0.5m plywood cubes. I might even throw in a cone and a sphere.
