Haven't posted here for ages. Actually I don't get into SL that much these days but something happened yesterday that I just have to tell you about.

I was sitting on my own in a quiet sim doing a bit of inventory sorting when a guy ambled up and started chatting. He was pleasant so it was nice to talk about SL, what we like to do here and so on.

Then he said 'let me show you something' and sent me a texture. It was a pic of his cock! (I mean RL, not a prim thing.) Then another one, and he was obviously excited by something.

So I'm wondering what to say (possibly something about how useful the magnifying tool in Photoshop can be) when he said 'do you have a photo of your breasts?'

I had to think fast, but thanks to Google Images and a quick upload, I sent him this.

Why do men think that's actually exciting or sexy for a woman to see? Especially not even asked for. Sorry guys, I only want to see your thingie if it's in front of me and i can use it. Don't need no damn pictures of it.

I hadn't thought about it beingt ARable, but I guess it was. I just thought it was funny and I'm all growed up so can't bring myself to find it offensive. It takes all sorts to make up this weird, unpredictable and thoroughly entertaining place.

I've had someone do that to me - I was rather surprised but I just deleted the pic - it was from someone I knew and was totally unexpected. Of course I had no way of knowing whether the body part in the photo was really him or just something copied off the internet!

Another man who got on my friends list was a self-confessed drunk who was quite disturbing. He sent me a pic of himself - just headshot portrait, and he looked nothing like his avatar.

But the funniest thing was when a fat bald guy turned up at a beach wearing nothing but a very skimpy red thong. When I checked his profile there was a RL photo of him - a real fat bald guy wearing nothing but a very skimpy red thong!!!! He looked just like his avatar!

I make a point of never asking for photos and am always surprised when I receive them, which is more often than might be expected.

Why would a man, give people a picture of his genetalia? (in either erect or flacid state)
I mean, would he do it in RL? is it for the kick (being anonymous to the other, but still uncovering a bit from his RL?) Does he has a sexual obsession? Does he really think women get horny by viewing it, instantly? Does he realise that for 80% of the females, the genetalia is the last part that is needed to become arroused/horny? Does he understand women at all?
Etc etc etc..

I repulse such men... those sexual hunters, (ab)using women solely as objects (instead of human) for their own sexual frustrations. (cos there is a real human behind every avatar, doesn't matter if you're a furr or whatever, you're still human in the end)

Sex is only fun when both parties are happy with it, no forced activities (like unexpected footage) etc.. (or double-play sentences )

Personally,I don't give my normal pictures out to just anyone,never mind naked ones. I refuse to put a naked pic of myself on the internet. No matter how much I may trust someone with it.

Yes, it has mostly not to do with that person, it's the technology.. it can be abused without knowing by a third party (other than you or the trusted person).

E.g. hacking, evesdropping during datatransfers etc.. a lot abusive things are possible nowadays.. i keep my sexual things private, between myself and my partner.. lol, no need for audiences (wanted or unwanted).

I agree w/Elric that this is just the modern version of someone being a flasher/harasser. I guess it's a good thing most flashers are too lazy or stupid most likely, to get onto SL. In the good old days they could just random dial someone - bet they miss that. And street corners are a lot better policed than they used to be. But in a way an anonymous environment like this one must be that type's idea of 'paradise.'

I don't especially want to see (even facial) RL pics, either. At best it's none of my business, and at worst...well...why make an av one way, and then have the RL pic in profile, or hand it out, so people immediately see you are worlds away from being that? Makes no sense, to me. It would be like seeing a Disney film and they splice in the real actors alongside the mice.

I've had three unsolicited peepee pics sent to me in my time (I must look like an easy mark?), one of which came from a very good, and very drunk, friend who was, I think, just a wee bit embarrassed about the whole thing the next day. He asked me to delete it. (Which OF COURSE, I did ... )

I didn't AR any of these -- I couldn't have seen straight to fill in the form through the tears of laughter in any case. I am sure that there are people who would be offended or even upset at getting "manhood" shots (it IS a form of harassment), but for me it's mostly a subject of mirth.


No, he doesn't. And I think that's one of the most important corollaries: any man who thinks that I am going to want to jump his virtual bones because he showed me a naked pic ten minutes into our first conversation is completely out to lunch on what it is that most women (well, me anyway) find a turn-on.

Sending a smiling willy pic is like waving a big flag emblazoned with the words "LOSER" on it.
