I was overcharged 4000 L + on Group Liabilities and Parcel Directory fees across 2 accounts. I didn't get any extra stripends....i would need 10 stripends to compensate for the overbillings <shakes head>  |

I got stipened'd twice, and got charged twice. I still win.  more precisely: 2 stipends, 2 sets of directory charges. Tidy profit.

I was charged twice for 'Parcel Directory Fee'...
Now I had this in my acc history:
Date: 01/28/2009 10:20:11 Credit: L$60
Linden Adjustment
Source: SYSTEM
So thats solved...

I was initially undercharged for parcel fees by about 90 linden. Then recieved 2 stipends!! Wewt!! But then they charged me a 300 linden group fee. I think I'm 90 linden ahead still ! Yay !! What a muddle. |

I am still dreaming of the day i log in to an error in my favor that involves LL dumping 10 years worth of stipend into my account.

This was on the Grid Status this morning..

[4:35pm Pacific] Residents who were charged twice for parcel directory listings or group liabilities will be reimbursed. If you have been charged twice but do not see a refund after 24 hours, please contact support.
Residents who were paid double stipend this week will not receive a stipend next week. All affected residents will be emailed.

Yes got paid 2x 400 ,I thought it was a refund for the extreme poor service recently,I was wrong.bugger.

Yet again RA provides the answer I got a 'group dividend' payment today - couldn't work out why but now I know! It was a refund for my parcel listing fees. Thanks all. [EDIT]And now I get a nice email from LL telling me about the error and that a repayment will be made - WTG Lindens, this is much better communication |
