I understand the being overwhelmed by the calls, but that doesn't mean they have to be inhuman
I have done customer service, dealing with folks that are pissed off due to service outage, or appointments not being kept for getting their service working, etc, and even though I dealt with 100's of calls a day, from irate customers, I never once forgot that they are people, and treated them with the understanding and compassion they deserved

That is missing so much now in life (not just SL) that it is saddening to see where it is going

To go to beta grid, before login, hit ctrl+G. In the drop down that shows at the side of the "Log in" button, "Agni" is the main grid, and "Aditi" is the beta grid.

What you do there never reach the main grid, but is a good place to try textures for free. You do pay to upload textures (or animations, sounds,...) but you receive 6000 L$ in the first time you go there (no, these 6 thousand can't be transferred to Agni either)

You are absolutely right, Rha..there really is no excuse for being inhuman..I have also worked customer service before..and wow..you really get some asshats calling, but you have to just smile and say..Im sorry..yessir, nosir..

yes I will be the first to admit it is not an easy job, but it is job they choose to do, and as such should do it to the best of their ability!

no matter what job someone has, they should put everything into it, do it to the best they can, and be proud they did

not do some half assed job, that leaves customers frustrated and unhappy (when dealing with customers I mean)

So the Beta grid is kinda like Mexico!

heh I fell asleep and just woke up and still SL screwed

now I am wondering will it be back before the weekend is over?

well the sim my mainstore/workshop are on was offline all day, the sim my 'second' mainstore is on was only offline half a day....5 minutes into a fashion show tonite and that sim went offline (luckily it came right back up in about 3 minutes). Not a good day on SL, hopefully they can get it all fixed tonite.
