I just woke up and my email is loaded with panic messages like this:

My store manager even called me and woke me up..is the sky falling??
Umm, seems there is no Badkatz Sim right now..does anyone have the lowdown on the poop, Im still wiping sleep outta my eyes..

I heard there were 8000 sims down in the power outage or whatever happened earlier today. And I heard there were still 2000 down. But, that was a bit ago.
SL is major borky today. (I was just a cloud to me, and couldn't even click myself; then the other person said no, not to them 'but your av is all black and you have system hair on.') _____________________

Well it sucks that I pay LL 295 dollars a month for that sim and cant even get to it now..thats like renting a house in rl from a landlord who says..your house is closed right now..sorry..cant get to it...

Oh and I guess things from there can't be transferred to the main world but uploads are free. So depends what sort of work, I guess. And yep like the cable company outages I think charges should be prorated or some freebies offered but nah, not holding my breath (on that) either! hehe _____________________

Just tryin' to help. beta is good for the testing (when I remember to use it LOL) but when you are ready to do it on the main grid, you still have to pay for the upload there It is not a matter of can not do anything, it is the principal of not being able to access my land and store that irks me... but there is nothing I can do, already contacted live support, vented to them, doesn't help, and for the first time ever, I got a live helper person that was not friendly and compassionate and understanding... usually they are, and it does help when they can relate and understand the frustrating level... this time it felt like I was speaking to an automated service _____________________
