The OP might want to check Banlink at www.slbanlink.com. It is a place where landowners can post their bans on people and their reasons, and other owners can choose to adopt their bans, or not. Quite a few people use this service, so it's possible to get banned this way at locations unrelated to the banner, and these folks sound vindictive enough to use this service maliciously. Banlink provides a method for posting your side of the issue and, perhaps, getting the ban resolved - or at least letting other subscribers know there's another side to the issue.
