From: Conan Godwin If you ignore problems and sweep them under the carpet, they usually go away. The same can be said of the customers...eventually.

It's just really frustrating to have tons of people add to an issue, comment on it, post logs, attach pics, etc etc, and then to have a random Linden close the freakin thing. I'm seriously ticked off by this.

From: Conan Godwin I firmly believe that my posts were both accurate and useful. I stand by my posts. Maybe so but they were also filled with unnecessary rude comments and profanity. From: Conan Godwin piss-poor grammar From: Conan Godwin your computer is just shit It is possible to be accurate, useful and polite all at the same time.

From: Chaos Markstein Hi SecondLife has been freeze lagging lately (where u get under 1fps, then it goes back up to 85fps, then freezez again) and its really bugging me, i have a superb graphics card 1600MB RAM (about) and a speedy Athlon 64 X2 4000+ Processor, and SL is STILL laggy on my side. what is the bottleneck? Unfortunately, SL performance is like this alot. Sometimes a given problem can be traced to corruption in your own files and a uninstall and reinstall or just a cache clearing can help. This works for a variety of problems. Sometimes a sim needs restarting. Sometimes it's a ISP with bandwidth problems. Sometimes it needs the latest video driver--or has a problem with corrupted video card drivers that need uninstalling and reinstalling. Sometimes (mostly?) it just SL itself, which changes like the weather.
