Adam n Eve created the set of avatars available when you first join SL, and now sell skins and clothes. I went there to look at the clothes they sell. It dd not seem to be a sex shop. Perhaps they do have some things that are sex related, but they have some pretty normal women's clothes.

In RL, Victoria's Secret has a reputation from their catalog of being very sexy. But if you go into their store at the malls, you will find many very conservative things, about the same as in J. C. Penny's.

You would never find me at a store with "Adult" above the door. However, I did recently buy a flannel nightgown at Victoria's Secret that is about as un-sexy as you can get.

The Adam n Eve in SL has no relation to the Adam and Eve company outside SL. (Yes, I know the one you're talking about.) The SL Adam n Eve store sells upscale clothes, skins, shapes (or did at one time), shoes, and hair. (My partner's hair is from there, in fact. I may have a hairstyle or two from them myself, from my very early days.)

sachi Vixen is the owner and skin/clothes/hair designer (Damien Gorilla does the shoes) and the "having sachi's baby" tag is a joke that stuck. Earlier this year she offered to change it if the group would prefer, and the answer, I understand, was a resounding "no". (I know this because one of my alts is (was?) in the group and I caught some of the group chat surrounding the tag and potential change while hopping around the grid.)

To the OP, group tags are one of the fun things to play with in SL. Some are straightforward, some are silly, and some show a really sly sense of humor. Some have meanings only known to those in the group.

If you join a group, that group's tag will display by default, but you can always change it (or choose none). You may need to wear a group's tag in order to place objects on group land (like if you're renting) or to access a vendor (some owners use these to give members-only freebies) or for a few other things, but mostly you can turn them off or choose one you like. (I used to love wearing the School of Mischief's "Mischievous" tag.)

One of the fun perks of having my own land group has been making my own group tags...
