One of my friend wants to develop her animal charity in SL. She wants a cute & pretty pet for the advertisement. Would you please donate one for me to forward to her? Please make sure that scripts can be dropped in for working. Your support and help would be greatly appreciated!

They give fake animals to avatars? err....me thinks that some people treat this platform too much like RL.

I have uni-pig I made but it has no scripts its cute little pink pig with a horn.
You may not want it though because its is bit strange of pet not realistic. LOL

Too late. They already have it.

$300 for a pet? That's because you haven't seen the latest pets. They do everything a rl one does. And does it without you commanding it. Drinks water, lays down, sleeps, follows you around and does many other things and tricks plus takes your commands. The price is upwards of $3000. Forgot, they're all dogs, might be other types too.

You're talking about the pets at ONE store, I believe. It's not hard to get a pet for $500 or less, but it does take a little looking around. Places off the top of my head that don't charge too much: D&D Dogs, SL Pals, LOLO.

To the OP: Try borrowing a pet, or contact a creator directly to see if they'll donate in return for some publicity.

As a little girl, when we played house? I always picked being the dog! I mean, you got to be petted all the time, didn't have to contribute any stupid mommy/daddy conversation, people fed you nice treats (O'Henry candy bars made fine substitute bones) and you could go curl up in a corner, close your eyes and dream away while the other kids argued about who was going to take care of the baby tonight.

*sigh* Life was good as a dog.
