So the question is, if I were to implement this feature would you reconsider purchasing the system at this point? In a word - yes. I thought it was a fun contest (and yes, people *will* pay the big bucks to win them), and it was the most money I've made in SL...EVER. I paid out a 20,000L prize overall, and still made money. But having that feature is the *only* way I'd get back into it. I'm extremely honest, often to my own detriment, and having my integrity challenged like that was painful. _____________________

Actually MoxZ if you read the comments before Rhaorth's again you will see that they were making no assertions about the contests - just joking around and saying pretty much harmless stuff. Rhaorth's post was the first one to start making incorrect assertions about the contest and the people who play it. That is why I corrected her on it. Also if you read what I put it is mostly explanation, only the first 2 lines actually address and correct Rhaorth's assertions, and whilst it is fairly strong, it is in no way any form of attack. It is in fact my own opinions about her post. The rest is informational. Hardly anything to get hugely worked up over either. i don`t see what Rha said wrong usually 1L to vote and those who enter, end up paying an entry fee, AND paying others to vote for them sad indeed it`s sad if you need to have people pay for your 10 seconds of popularity, specially with money of "friends" but as the abouve isn`t true cause every one is after the money, it`s even more stupid the more people you can sucker into voting for you, the higher chance you have to win, you win nothing, even if you made a deal to repay, every one is out of money it`s mass gambling with the only skill to sucker as many people as you can might be good for a social thing while going but that takes nothing away from the fact it`s sad, get some real friends to hang with, in my view Rha just said "sad indeed" and you decided to jump on it what you claim Rha to be/do, funny enough, you aren`t any better by all your replies in this thread why do i say "this thread"? you are holding her accountable for previous posts, guess what, we could hold ANYONE accountable for stupid things they said in other threads, don`t see anyone refering to something stupid you`ve said recently, that`s pointless this entire thread is stupid as was only replied to to have some fun, Rha has said some stupid things by jumping the wagon, but this time it is you feel free to disect this post but that`s pretty pointless as i won`t bother replying just let this thread die... |

It is quite possible that I have forgotten that you made a query about this. My response was definitely true also, that the contest cannot be made to do this as it stands. That is not requesting it to be changed though. I probably had no idea that the feature was that important to you. Incidentally, I'm not faulting you in any way for not recalling the conversation. I'm sure you talk to many people every day, and it *has* been a couple of months, and was just a quick IM to begin with.  _____________________
