I told him/her (?), to, "s*d off. I'm not sad enough to need my RL replacing, just yet."
People will have different thoughts to mine, I'm ok with that.

Most useless piece of advice in world? That I should buy a spiffy expensive builder's aide. I won't name it, but it doesn't do anything that spectacular. I should have just stuck with Prim Docker or Skidz Prims.
Also I was told I absolutely must build by the numbers. Meh -- not necessarily. Advice on these forums for the use of texture organizers, while useful to some, didn't really fit my style of working. Fortunately many of those are freebies. All in all the vast majority of advice both here and in world has been extremely helpful. (My advice on whether to make your Second Life like your first one, or radically different? You can do both!) |
