- but I do hope that I could put together a business plan that would be at least self-sustaining, if not profitable, so that I could afford to do it after I retire. In the meantime though I have the SL cafe to satisfy that dream. And the cafe did grow out of things that you might consider my RL hobbies or enthusiasms, Indian movies and world music.
My other activities in SL - speaking more personally than about my business now - are very much about expressing parts of myself that I cannot express in RL just now. So it's not so much about pursuing RL enjoyments, but about trying to soften the ache from things that aren't perfect in my RL but that I haven't quite figured out how to fix yet.
