meh...being mistaken as a dead star wont be much different than being mistakwn for my father, i suppose! haha!

and i looked up the knowledge base on PIOF...it puts a charge of 1$ on your statement, even though they dont actually charg you anything...talk about messed up!

if that shows on my fathers statement...i'll probably be forced to leave SL for good...so thats not really a viable solution for me! (thank you, LL)

@ Argent: this system is sooooooooooooooooooooo messed up, its not even funny! i mean, i cant age verify easily online...because i'm in europe, not the states...so unfair!

i've managed to (finally) link my bank account to my paypal account...but still no luck with the mastercard that i have for it...the number is too long for it to recognise...

this HAS to be a global conspiracy!!!

If your paypal is linked to your bank account then that is all that is needed to verify your SL account as PIOF with LL. Just make sure your paypal account shows as "Verified"

Maybe a dead celebrity would be fun lol

my paypal is still saying unverified because its not connected to a credit card, even though its connected to a bank account!

my credit card is on a seperated account and already linked to my fathers paypal account, so i doubts its usable...

dead celebrity status...here i come!

Now, Shiva, what *exactly* was it that you wanted to do that you needed to be verified for? ;)

can anyone please advise me? it would be much appreciated!

There are other things in the list which also could count as proof of ID - they might take things like a library card, for instance. I'd xerox some other stuff that seems close and send it in - what can ya lose.

PS I wouldn't send in things like a birth cert. personally, but that is just me.

Just an FYI -- the inworld system is broke and you still "might" not get into those parcels. And if you cannot today, you might be able to next month OR visa-versa. And just cuz you cannot get to those parcels, you might still get to other parcels that require it AND visa-versa.

Doesn't need to be photo ID, I don't think - or does it? *confused now*

Glad you got it sorted but am also posting for others who might read and need to know :)

it doesnt have to be photo id...but they are the best options with the irish verification

nad with the manual verification you need either your birth cert, passport or drivers license, scanned in...

thats why i was saying about the photo id
