Looks cool, though I have my own land, I really like the way the apartments are already postered etc, but 5 prim allowance seems pointless.Hmm perhaps you need some RP'ers to start using it somehow.
It would really be cool for those running RP to beable to use places like this for sessions even, perhaps to build traffic for you too

you forgot to mention 5 prims is only 30L a week.

the prims are mainly so ppl can put down a poseball, or maybe they want to put in a vase with flowers or a special painting on the wall.
the apartment you are refering to is the slum ones, I considered doing them at say 10 or 20L with no prims, but decided to at least let them put in a poseball or 5 hehe

as I stated before I will not tell people they can not RP there, I welcome it, but on the flip side I will not tell people they MUST rp there either

it is as it is, if ppl come in and get the urge to rp, then by all means, do so

after all, life is a rp

capella your post reminded me of something someone else told me that they did, that I also thought about doing.

and that would be a hmm what to call it

event I guess, once a month a winner would be announced, the winner (if there is one) would be the first person to purchase the secret item.

the secret item would be something that is in one of the stores in the city, the store owners would not know which one was picked.

and I would not announce it until a specific date IF someone actually purchased the secret item.

so of course this has some loop holes I have yet to figure out
such as... how to keep it honest (not saying I wouldn't but ppl not knowing me might wonder if I was changing up the secret item)
there would have to be a way, that the item would not be disclosed, yet could not be changed....
also would need to announce a start date with plenty of advance warning, so merchants can get stores, then the day before the start date, pick the secret item.

*sigh*

I wouldn't rent there. Who needs/wants more urban decay?

However, this entire post is a brilliant piece of (pseudo) viral marketing. Kudos on that.

$L6 per prim...That's a monthly rental? Sounds right reasonable to me. I'm paying about $L7.50 per prim per month

prim's raw cost on a private sim is 0.7L$/prim/week, try harder.
