Why not get a few friends together and go 10 pin bowling. It's free at my place and a lot of fun. and there's a dance floor and can pick your own music as well.

Castillia Home is the place.

Greenies is hilarious for an hour or so, then swing by 2nd Avenue (Sphynx Jazz Club) for some dancing under the stars.

We need to know a little more about him and what you're looking for. Something romantic? Something a little dirty? Something platonic and just fun?

For platonic, I would go with the racing sim mentioned earlier, and there are a few others. I raced stock cars with someone for a couple hours and had a great time. Get a baloon or a helicopter (or a biplane!) and take him flying. The Hangout is a great place to take off from as there are 7 empty water sims right there and very few neighbors with security orbs set to instantly orbit you. You can also just go exploring.

For more romantic, dancing (pick the place - there's a ton of them in all genres), followed by Apollo - get a little private nook somewhere - there are plenty of PG-13 type poses. It's a great place to hang out with someone and chat. Svarga is nice, but not as many places to just sit together. Umm...lessee. I can't think of anywhere else. There are some places that will pop up if you put "explore" into search that are fun to take someone.

You're on your own for something more intimate than that. I don't know nothin' 'bout nothin'.

Those two are definitely still there also great fun. Was at both just a couple of days ago. Acropolis has so many tours, those alone can keep you entertained for ages.

Also agree with the Avillion and Sphynx suggestions. Avillion is laggy though. Sphynx has a cool relaxed atmosphere.

Yes! Prim Hearts is fab fun.

I'd also add Inspire Space Park ...... both the space and the ground level are great fun, lots to explore and dancing under the stars. :)

More dancing under the stars to reggae and romantic poseballs in Liome. Go here and click the notecard giver for landmarks to all the best public places on my sim. :)

The Greenies House is a house as big as the entire sim, leaving an avatar the size of a mouse, with lots of fun stuff to discover as you explore it. The Greenies themselves are little green alien creature statues that you will find scattered around doing fun stuff.

Greenies sure is fun! Really goofy.

Heavenly Rose very romantic, love the place. But lag is a bitch everytime we're there. If you go, explore the outer areas, lots of nice places to sit and cuddle.

or go to the Abranimations Warehouse and pick up a free pair of Roller skates or ice skates with the water balloow thrower/snowball thrower. Those are fun. Find a large area to skate....under the sea is sometimes nice and spacious! Two nice places to dance: The Cafe in Barcelona, and Salsa Heaven.

The Secret Garden on the Champlain sim (217, 171, 27). A lovely spot for a candlelight dinner and romantic dancing. The tables were the first "interactive" dining I had ever seen when I was first taken there - and still the best done imo.

Whenever we've been there, have not seen others around, so good for privacy too.

~ ~ ~

Along the same lines but with an Asian flair - The Geisha Teahouse in Ayumi's Waterfront Japan. On the top floor is a balcony dining area. Last time we were there it only dispensed drinks - sake & green tea - but I think it is being expanded. Also, we were fortunate enough to have a Maiko and Geisha come by and give us a private performance because we were just "there." That was a lovely evening.

~ ~ ~

Already mentioned but excellent for romantic dancing - Avilion. For a bit of privacy here, go up to the second floor balcony - each corner has 2 dances, each spaced away from the other.

They just opened the Carnival of Doom on eBuddy Rezzable too...I had a blast there and witnessed several couples wandering around enjoying the sights. I, however, was all alone. *sob*

Oh, and Sinners Paradise as another romantic/potentially (although not necessarily) naughty date site.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Some thots:

> Shopping together for something fun that he doesn't have, like a pet (either ones that hang out around your property when you're not there, or follow you around like smartass little fashion accessories and say/do funny things) See this thread:
/327/ae/196727/1.html

> For romance, Midnight Reflections. Beautiful gardens, and last time I was there, quite a bit ago, they had changed things up a bit and added a paradise blanket with roleplay rooms (schoolhouse, Gorean-style pleasure cave, cathedral)

> I took a ride with a friend upriver in the swan boats at Riverwalk. That turned out to be great fun! We stopped and explored here and there ...

> Sailing! pick up a free tako on the dock at Nantucket and give it a shot! Or get an elven pirogue, light its lamp, and perambulate genteely about while talking.

And yes, Prim Hearts is a blast!

You are definitely slutty in the best possible definitions of the word. Dirty, hot, and a little scary, but in a good way. I'd like do awful things to you, but I'm pretty sure you'd snap me in two like a twig and leave me cross-eyed, dizzy and confused. I'm giving you a 9.8, tied for the top rating ever given. Almost off-the charts slutty. Shame on you and congratulations. -- Trout

And then there is that place, where you can cuddle orbit among the stars, please forgive me as I have no idea what it is called... Some one help me out.

I dont do romance very often but this is a nice place to cuddle among the stars and planets.

Great suggestion. We went sailing a couple of weeks back and it was wonderful. Being alone out on the water, just to talk and get to know each other, although the person piloting the boat is limited a bit because of having to pay attention or you'll sink! But it really was a lovely afternoon.

Oooo...yes!!! This is a wonderful place :) It is Inspire Space Park on the Shinda sim. Very unique with the combination of floating in space among the planets and the relaxing music.

The romantic spots are wonderful for...er, romance. But for silly, laugh till you fall over fun, try CARP. With a group, if possible.

I second (third? fourth?) Inspire Space Park. It was one of the first really cool places I discovered as a newbie, and I really do need to get back.

For something a little different, you could go horseback riding at the AKK ranch. Pick up the free demo horses and check out the trails. I keep meaning to do this...

I'd also like to recommend Carnivale Royale on the Cavettaz sim. Carnival rides, ice skating, a waterslide, casual dancing at the poolside bar and formal dancing at the Club. Oh, and fireworks every two hours whether you need 'em or not. And a few cuddly areas scattered about. (Hehe. Don't tell my bosses I said so, but the ice skates work nicely on the pathways as well...)

Lots of great ideas mentioned here...

/me pulls out a pad of paper and starts back at the beginning of the thread...

The forum CARP event was ridiculous fun. I was laughing like a hyena half the time. Poor Brenda. We definitely have to do that again.

I'm like Hate - My list of places to go and things to see has just grown significantly.

Also, if you wanna dress up and go ballroom dancing there is the SS Galaxy cruise ship. Very elegant and nice. = )
