Well, since the mistletoe and tree have absolutely nothing to do with the Christian tradition and reflect ancient pagan beliefs about Yuletide, which pre-date the Jesus story by some two thousand years in northern Europe, I say go for it!
In the pagan calendar, 25 December was the beginning of the year, and the day is believed to have been dedicated to the worship of female deities and women in general, as I suspect you might already know... |

Christmas Eve is a vigil (like Holy Saturday) so my guess is you probably shouldn't have relations on Christmas Eve but Christmas Day is probably OK. Most people don't bother with vigils so if that's not part of your version of Christianity, you can probably do what you like.
