I use a huddles, have about 25 dances which I've purchased. I go out to a couple clubs about 4-6 times a week to support my favorite DJs, a live show about once a week, and the occasional wedding or party that I get invited to. Sometimes I even dance alone at my home if a song comes on that I really like.

Dancemachines are often loaded with older SL dances that make you look like you're having a seizure of sorts. That was the very moment I started collecting my own purchased dances. The first time was at a slingo game in my first month, and all of us were dancing as we played. Suddenly, everyone started rolling disgracefully on the floor (and no, it wasn't a break dance). It looked dreadful, like we'd all had food poisoning or something. I was in jeans at the time, fortunately. The second and third times were completely awful. Both were formal dances and I was mortified when we were all suddenly doing a headspin with our legs in a wide straddle. This was ludicrous in a formal, and at that moment I decided, no more dance machines. I was dancing with every animation open all over my screen. My partner used to laugh and wonder how I could see through all the little bitty boxes. I think I wound up with about 3 square inches of screen left. Thankfully, I found Keiki Lemieux's Quick Pose HUDDLES huds and never looked back. If a venue has scripts disabled, I leave and find someplace else to dance where I can use my huds. Since my groups are full, it's not an option to join their club just for some dancing fun or practice when I get new dances and need to break them in. I'll just share that my total investment into my dances is now in the stratosphere, and they just cant make em fast enough! _____________________

Not too often. I don't go to clubs or events much, and when I do, I prefer to sit and chat or just listen.
