I gave up on the visual feed. It's like a slideshow no matter what.
Tip to those with firewall problems. Click the Quicktime viewer and tell it to unblock? It's what I had to do. It doesn't seem to bring up the unblock dialog from SL. _____________________

Since the actual location was hopelessly lagged and ruthed, and trying to watch the Speech on Metanomics or with QT, made the video (mostly soundless) look like a Van Gogh painting, melting in a Salvador Dali landscape, it was a bit hard to focus on what was said.

Phil: SL was small.. now it is really big. I made the first Disco. I will be continuing to guide the direction of it's growth and technology/features.. here is M, he will be leading us "on to bigger and better things".
M: Great to see everyone! Great to see everyone working together! I am excited to be here. Creativity rocks! Resident experience is a priority. Content IP rights = Important.
