IMHO "Most" jobs in SL are born from skill .. at least the ones that bring worthy payment.

Camping is great for n**bs but never likley to allow you to sign of the SS.

Now for the "Most" ..

You do voice and have no problem with camera . ? You maybe got it made.

i just received a note that asked me why i don't just buy lindens?

to me, having SL pay it's own way is a sport, and extreme challenge. i don't want to pay out of pocket - i want this to be self supporting.

But...but...that would mean SL CAN be a game......OMG!

I need more Human Platters for my restaurant. Just lay on the table for $40L a hour. You get a Sushi suit, a notecard with descriptions of the food items on you and a group tag. If someone books you for a private dinner party you get $150L for 90 minutes. Just check with your Manager (Salvas Zapatero) and create a work schedule. Go to AQUA EROTIC DINING on Marmaris Island to check it out.

.

.

THIS i have to see. that sounds funny, and fun. but uhhhh... i suspect being booked for dinner involves a little more than just laying around... actually, that was a question. LOL

You could stop doing that and simply charge for your mall space.

No camping or interactive time required.

okay wait, i do charge. i just give a lot of free weeks and such....

i don't have the mall for income exactly. it's the place i get to sell my creations that i made for fun, and a place i enjoy being at... i don't want that to become a "business". really. that's just sort of a place to be creative and share my fortunes.

plus, if i never gave another free week away, i still don't think it would fully cover tier. and that's all i'm really after.... a way to pay for the mall (and my membership) so i can keep them both... and maybe even make some new ones with wacky themes.

Because it's cheaper to pay somebody a few L$ an hour, and maybe some outfits that don't cost you anything to manufacture anyway, than to buy an extra computer and some more internet bandwidth and electricity to run your own alts. Also, hiring people gets you some favorable word of mouth when your models talk about what they do. Really quite a deal for a quarter or less an hour.

No extra computer required. I can run an alt on a pose stand in the background with the full SL client, on the same computer that I am usig for my normal SL activities, word processing, etc... It just requires a litle tweak to keep her from going into "away" mode, the same as the camp chair zombies use to keep from logging out of a camping chair for inactivity. (It does use more bandwidth, but minimal of the alt isn't moving or doing anything.)

I've had my main and up to three other alts running all at once on one computer, with me actively interacting with people as each character. Granted, it didn' run as smoothly as with just one account on at once, but it can be done.

Hiring someone who just might talk favorably about your store, while on duty or at other times, is certainly a bit of a plus. But several large stores that I know of that use "live models" have told me that the avatars on the stands are all alts of the store owners.

Another way to raise a little extra cash without any effort would be to look for businesses that pay you to add their store to your picks (you know, the ones trying to game search).

Ive noticed the posts on here and unfortunatly, I do run one of those SL Sex RP BDSM houses that some of you are not into................

Although were new, we are expanding rapidly and now have our own Castle, Land and group?

Some of the amounts mentioned are low compared to the amounts earned when slaves are sold at Auction (again if its not your bag thats fine we have staff that arnt into it too!)

What I am looking for is someone who can A/ BUILD and B/ Design (Clothing/Collors/or Just about anything we may need)

Although were new and can't pay much, I always look after my staff and maybe we could come to some arrangement for your time?

So if your free, are skilled as above and dont want to sit in a chair for days then please IM me SL (Imabit Thor) or you could try Tess Meadows and tell her about my post here?

Like I said Linden is very tight at the mo but if you bear with us im sure youll be happy in the longrun!!

Thanks for reading this post and look forward to hearing from some of you soon?

I make things, I am not as skilled as some people, I worked pretty hard and nothing really has come of it, I am on very fixed income but still spending often a whole lot on real usd just for tier, uploads, etc and now for whatever my rl boyfriend needs.
So perhaps if I had the smarts and not needed my own private space I may have went the route 3ring did.
Which is smart in some cases because what I spent in last 2 years I could have saved it for really nice computer and art equipment.
I closed up my shop because it cost me more to run it and I just became too discouraged
and I just don't have energy to do every thing that is involved.
I would go back to camping for uploads and photo money if there was place for it.
My friend suggested working as Escort but that require me high end skin and sex change most likely just not what I want do full time here

Initially im glad you like the name ............... Yes it has gotten me alot of attention some good some bad but hey idiots in SL as well as RL!

Is also like to thank Spark after meeting him in SL what an absolute fantastic bloke genuine and welcoming Spark i hope our friendship continues for a long time and thank you for your assistance friend!

Now SLer's your help please!

I'd urge you to read my profile when your online as I have a Slave house where we hunt, train, dress then sell at auction. I know its not everyones bag and to be honest were definatly not hard core like I have seen (very loving open house).........

The problem is as we have concentrated on building up our base (thanks for your comments BTW Spark) we've lost girls and more importantly experienced girls due to the delay in our oppertain.

So if anyone into the scene wishing to assist a new house with training ,recruiting or just about anything really then plse im me (yes i know im posting in the wrong area but there seems to be some serious people on here the type id like to meet)...

Hope to speak to more of you soon always nice to make new friends!

25 linden per week at my place :-) But most, if not all of these places do require Payment Info On File (or Used). NPIOFs simply do not give any value for the lindens spent.
