They are IT people so they will be just more grid monkeys to help bang on the grid.
In the blog it said when we called in we would still be answered by the primary customer service/support people.

Is long as it improves grid stability, I don't care whether the technicians are wearing Linden Lab nametags or Comsys nametages.
As long as it improves grid stability and reduces texture loading times, I don't care if the technicians swing from trees and fling poo at each other!
