heh, yesand no, depending on perspective

I have several regular avtar looks, but I change av's more than I change clothes on a single av... all are me, though psychologically, each focuses on a different aspect of my thinking. void is all, all are void (the irony loses something in translation)

I tend to keep each avatar in its intended form. It may change over time, but instead of constantly morphing to suit the mood I'm in, I typically create an alt account to live out that particular mood. Now, if limits were placed on free accounts such as 30 days then pay, etc., I'd probably end up with one account and morph to suit.

Which got me to thinking. If LL did switch to limited free accounts to encourage longer term players to switch to premium or leave, in my opinion it would, for people like me at least, have an impact on creators that sell what are typically no-transfer items. After all, if I only had one account and did the morphing thing, why would I need more than one of any particular item that all my alts have individually purchased over time?

I do wear other avatars sometimes, but treat them more like costumes than changes. When I'm done playing I'll switch back to the usual look.

Me too. My human form took shape within the first few months, and I haven't changed it.

How can people stay the same thing? D:
Seriously, it's not something I can do!

I will change my entire avatar anytime I fell like it depending upon mood, situation, destination, present company, etc.

I generally do not change my shape, although I will change skin for different makeup and I own a lot more hair than I ever thought I would, and rifle through those hairdos every day for something different.

I've spent a great deal of time getting my shape/hair/etc situated in such a way that for me to change between female and male requires very little effort. For fun I will often shift while in conversation with new people I meet.

It's just part of who Pie is. For anyone who's ever read Clive Barkers "Imajica" it should make perfect sense.
