They'll want to change the group for all their prims and turn autoreturn on again eventually.

I'm not sure why you can't just turn off AR and sell the parcels to Y and Z and let them deal with the permissions and groups. If you do that, and "sell objects with land", and Y and Z "buy them for group" for the new groups, then anything deeded to group should just automagically go over.

What happens to no transfer items in the scenario? Do they stay on the land or do they get autoreturned?

You mean, like, if someone set it no transfer and then deeded it to group? I think you're stuck no matter what you do in that case.

You know, after following to this discussion, just putting everything back in inventory and then placing it again after the group change is looking easier and easier.....o.0

It's all how you look at it.

And quite possibly safer.

YES, it's doable. There are two important things to check:

- SET AUTORETURN to 0. On All parcels.

- Check to make sure that no parcels have over their allotted prim allowance. If they DO, go into Estate and change the Object Bonus Factor to something high enough so that the parcel, when suddenly reclaimed/redeeded, will be able to support the number of prims on the parcel.

- Reclaim the parcels, then reset to the new group and redeed.

- Oh, did I mention, setting Autoreturn to 0?? (Yes, this is a been-there-done-that in such a way requiring a sim-rollback).

They didn't want to ask their tenants to do that, though. Ideally.
