My kid alt has yet to find a human skin he accepts, so he remains neko or zombie. Of the above mentioned he hasn't tried Lumiere, so I'll have him try that one. :)

My partner has one of the boy skins from there, nice looking skin, again not too cutesy.

Oh, they sell these pans on TV lately, they call them pancake puff pans or something. I'm seriously thinking of buying one, lots of recipe ideas popping into my head :)

Redgrave is not good at all ...looks so plastic

Redgrave has the best male skins I've seen. Most male skins look atrocious.

Unfortunately, Redgrave also only has four skins to choose from.

Yeah, I remember the first time I saw it I vaguely remembered seeing one of these at my great grandmas house when I was a kid but not knowing what it was for.

I've had many many many skins over the years. I'm wearing Belleza (Ewan) L2000 at the moment and I love it. Great facial detail. Lots of my friends use Belleza too and we all look totally different. Redgrave looks good on others, but not on my shape..go figure

I have three favourite designers: Deviant Kitties, Self Expressions and Laqroki. All three do wonderful skins.

Celestial Studios<3(Best body, great make-ups), Redgrave<3(great body and face), Splendor(I looove modding these:)), Chai(great makeups, body not the best), Belleza(good face and body)... Tuli and Gala skins have great body details. But the face makes everyone look the same. Old Gala skins are great too.:)

Not true. Ann is still as distinctly Ann in Gala as she is in Celestial Studios.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

I'm not saying there aren't differences - why would I have bothered buying new skins if there weren't? - but just doing a quick comparison of a couple shots from my Flickr stream, Ann 'Before' is still obviously Ann 'After.'

I meant almost everybody wearing Gala skins looks the same. Not your avatar in different skins.

At the moment I'm wearing the newest Skin Within skin. 1200L

(and had been wearing their Indian skin for a while before that (Indian as in from India)

Before that I was wearing my two new skins (alternating) from Sin Skins. On sale for, I think, 800L.

My favorite, the one I always go back to is Hi-Rop. 800L - not sure if that is new price or sale as it has been 800L for a while (though I bought when it was higher, most of the skins), but the sale sign is still up.

I have a ton of skin and I change often-ish. The above are just some I recall while I'm away from my inventory.

From my experience, Each skin will look different on each shape. It's trial and error till you get that perfect combo. I have purchased High Dollar skins only to find flaws in certain outfits I wear, Some look good with one shape others not so much. So your skin is a balance of your shape etc. IMO there is no "Perfect" skin

That really depends on how similar the face shape is. Let's be real, a lot of avatars have the same look. Someone who has a thinner nose and lips, and less pronounced eyes would look much different than Ann. And also in the other direction, thicker.

Also the ear inner fur is different. One is teal, the other is white-ish. And the right picture seems to be blurry.

Oh no! A soft filter for the older pic!

lol, no, that's the newer pic! I just grabbed random images with semi-similar makeups from my Flickr stream and that one had to be blown up a bit to make it approximately the same size as the other...it lost some sharpness in the process.

And again I say: :p

I'm still somewhat annoyed that I didn't buy when it was on the market. Gone in that form, and not up in any new form at the new store.

Oh, and this picture is from August 11, 2007. Notice the ears - same ears as in another picture which was taken this month.

Newer pic = older you. Hence the soft focus filter.
