I requested US$739 to be transferred from my SL dollar balance to PayPal on Nov 27.
Usually hits my PP account in less than 5 days. Many emails and a support ticket. Eventually hit my PP on Dec 7.
Official response "Due to Thanksgiving we are encountering a high number of US$ payments to PP and we have a backlog of up to 10 days".

Same thing here...Same transfer date also on Nov 27, didn't hit my paypal til Dec 7th after submitting two tickets. Not something that gives one comfort, but it happens once in awhile.

From: Sy Beck I can't recommend SLX highly enough for credit transfers. In all the time I've been using it I've never had a problem save for some website redevelopment they were doing and I had to wait 2 days for a payment to go through. Even then, their customer service emailed me three times to keep me up to speed with what was happening. I've been waiting on an SLex transfer for two days now and there has been NO response from their customer service. |

Probably because everyone who can't get a goddamned penny moved out of Lindex are now using Slex.
