5 reasons why RL sucks

1) Getting to and from work. Wastes huge amounts of perfectly usable time that could be more pleasantly spent.

2) Work. Must be done in order to pay bills.

3) Bills. It seems that, mysteriously, things in RL are not free. Not even basic needs like food and shelter.

4) Aging. The less said about this the better.

5) Death. The ultimate failure to log in.

3) True
4) *shrugs* I like my life. I would never go back.

May I add #6?

6) Discrimination against canines!

#7 - inventory takes up too much friggin room (but it rezzes like a dream *g*)
#8 - most items are no copy
#9 - no sliders for ass size ^_^

1) The stuff that tastes really good makes you fat or wrecks your liver.
2) You can't end a marriage by just logging off and making an alt.
3) The exchange rate sucks.
4) If you think SL Tier is bad, wait until you get your property tax bills!
5) Let's face it - you aren't all that good looking. You might be smart and good with words, but without 6-pack abs, that really isn't going to get you far.

what about those graphics though?it almost makes it worth it.

I wear glasses, so I only catch a glimpse of those.

1. The impossible demand for resources is outstripping the developed plan to obtain them.

2. Once undeveloped countries are expanding and advancing putting a larger strain on said resources.

4. The massive social and economic changes will become a series of political landmines which if 4000 years of recorded history is any guide will lead to armed conflicts if radical solutions do not materialize.

Hmm but what if SL had better graphics than RL one day?
I can't move the clouds in RL. And actually SL water does look better than RL I think

1. If your RL account expires you can't play SL anymore :/

2. RL missions & quests like work, fix the roof leak, mow the lawn, find another second hand car, move house and have some kids, all suck badly

3. RL building tools need upgrading, why do you need to buy stuff to make stuff?

4. Can't TP to the other side of the planet.

5. If you try SL sex in RL you can really hurt yourself.

2. It takes money to get basic things. You can't just create it out of thin air.

About the flying thing... definitely. When I was a kid I used to dream I could fly. But then what did I DO with my flight powers in my dream? I used them to get the best seat on the school bus.
