I have one other friend who was ARed and terminated (Yes, the never come back again 'termination') over spanking role play where no known kid AV was around. (=_=) Yet another friend who was ARed and terminated for getting angry at and insulting someone. (>_< Each and every time, the story in the AR was made up. So, I was able to battle my suspension based on the audience I had. But I now no longer have two friends that I can easily meet inworld anymore. (T_T) If I'm reading this right, it's scary. It seems to be saying "guilty until proven innocent, with (nearly) no opportunity to defend yourself". I'm glad you were able to defend yourself, but obviously your friends weren't - for whatever reason. I'm sure that part of it is that LL makes it difficult to even figure out the appeal process. But I've met too many people who would get onto SL while spouse is away or sleeping, but couldn't possibly risk any sort of phone conversation or other contact with LL with this sort of subject matter. |

If I'm reading this right, it's scary. It seems to be saying "guilty until proven innocent, with (nearly) no opportunity to defend yourself". I'm glad you were able to defend yourself, but obviously your friends weren't - for whatever reason. I'm sure that part of it is that LL makes it difficult to even figure out the appeal process. Eventually, I was able to make it so blatantly public that they had no choice but to review the claim made and the situation involved in order to correct their actions. (=_=) Resolving my AR issue the LL way probably would have had me terminated and swept under the carpet. (T_T) _____________________

my question however is, if i am spotted in a place an AR'd, do i just get instantly ban? The landowner can ban you from their property at will. Such a bad would be instantaneous. An AR will usually have a time from when it is sent in to when it is actioned, and would usually result in a suspension first. Mind you, I said usually. There is an unfortunate number of cases out there that are not such. I wish you the best! _____________________

This whole to short or petite garbage is just that, garbage, I got banned from a couple of islands and places because I refused to make mega woman, folks carry it so way to far as to be borderline dumb, side note though, it gave me the excuse I needed to setup my own place where pretty much everybody is welcome lol

This whole ongoing mess I atribute to the GTeam that team has to be changed at a minimum of quarterly. They have become to self important. You talk to them and its like they have no common sense. It becomes ingrained because its like the Supreme court of SL, they only are off the GTeam if they die.

I know exactly what you're saying, I have been battling them since they put 'age-p;ay' as a ARable offence. I only have asked that it be 'sexual age=play' with it being simply 'age-play' everyone who doesnt state openly thier RL age is 'age-playing' such stupidity in the GTeam reins supreme. And until that whole group is changed they will still remain anti-small avs. _____________________

I've had one person show me the screen shot of them having sent in an AR on my avatar... and I used it and chat log to file a harassment AR on them...
Nothing happened to me, other than having to file another AR just now because they came back on an alt... So some on the G-team are doing things right. But it's best to have all the evidence you can to back you up. (one reason I log everything... and avoid voice... can't log voice so not using it) _____________________
The scariest thing in the world: a lady chanting bunneh over and over in a super cheerful voice.... I lose too many outfits that way...

I've taken life drawing, and i make custom shapes for people in SL, not just femboy shape, and i do it for free, just to know i have helped someone *gets in her bunker to fight off IMs that might come!* In my experience no one takes ya up on those 'custom shapes for free' offers. But then it's easy enough to find a freebie shape around. |
