???
Why do all locations in SL have a number similar to an IP address?
Example: 123.456.789
(XYZ) height/width/depth

Or am I the only one NOT preoccupied with the anatomy of a nakid Greek god?

Graph goes off...wandering aimlessly dribbling and gibbering like a baboon....
"Integers, geometry, hyperbole, moebus what?.."

It's the Matrix!

Flat? Curved? Torus? Tortus? (shell)

Actually, it is all a program within a program and we are just vegetable matter in pods electronically connected to an IP that provides each of us with a sense of reality- that this all real. Occasionally the vegetable pods are distracted by the need to replenish food stocks or go off to trade physical skills for compensation with which to maintain their existence. However, the continuing need to escape the awful reality of work, rearing offspring and selecting the most eloquent of the corrupt liars and clueless political leaders will once again return the vegetable pods to reenter the SL Matrix where we can again count on Second Life's endless flat grid to resume control of our synapses.

The Matrix has its enemies - carbon-based units that have escaped and run amok in an effort to bring down the programming. This is seen when assaults by the outlaws cause lag, freeze-ups and complete crashes. When this happens we are returned to our pathetic RL, 3-D world of round planets, endless war and the hated "Head-On" advertisements. Oh WOE!!!

But soon The Matrix is back up and we can once again return to scurrying over the flat, endless grid, shopping for the perfect pair of shoes, or hair or the perfect penis with which to pursue the most realistic animated scripts - in hopes of achieving electronic Nirvana.

Rejoice! Long live the flat world of Second Life!!!

hypercube universe in a box

second life is a cube. You are in the centre of it. The cube moves with your av keeping you in the centre. YOU are the centre of the sl universe (as you see it).
You can see it load when changing times of day.. In fact, it seems that all avs are wearing a giant box. Yep, just like the one that was on your head when you first arrived, but bigger.
In essence, it's a kind of hypercube universe in a box.

Ok thats me done......

Is there a little arrow pointing at you saying "You are Here?"
