Try to refrain from using the word "stupid". There's really no effective way of using that word. I makes people mad, and makes you look, well... If you find yourself tempted to use the s word, take a step back, and find another way of getting your meaning across. I guarantee you will "win" more. Once someone uses that word (or other similar insults) to get their point accross, it just lets me know a bit of who I'm dealing with, and I move on. No use continuing a conversation with someone like that.
