We had an incident last week where a resident passed a fake rental box which emptied 41k from a friend of mine.
Said friend created a ticket, called the concierge, and withing 20 minutes the resident passing the fake rental box had her account disabled, and within 2 hours my friend had his lindens returned.

Wow. That's brutal. On the other hand, that's great that it was resolved. And I'm just thinking how easy this would be for a scammer (most people use the standard rental boxes that are easy to mimic) to pull this off. But they've set a precedent now in regards to this type of theft, so it's not like the thieves will get very far.
