From: Chas Connolly Oddly enough, we had mincemeat pie every Tuesday when I was a kid and it was full of .... minced meat (and peas for some reason). This was a relief after the lamb cobblers with scone-like thingies we had on Monday.
I always found Christmas mince pies very disappointing. And the Turkey. And the bloody sprouts. And the carrot and bloody turnip. I still quite like mushy peas though. No Chas the Spaz, I mean Christmas mincemeat. With sultanas. This year I R having pheasant

From: Conan Godwin Surely you're not old enough to remember that Chas? No one has used meat in a mince pie since before the war! Except me and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. I beg to differ! I've made a real mincemeat pie with squab and rabbit and stuff in it. Very tasty!

I'm hoping for airport culled goose. Me and the missus don't have any kids, so a goose or turkey is too big. Traditionally pheasants are served in pairs - a hen and a cock (fnar fnar, that's right I said cock!) - which are both hung for 6 days. Because the hen is smaller, it will need less hanging time, so will taste stronger if hung for the same time as the cock. That way, you have a choice at the table of whether you want gamey tasting meat, or milder meat.

It will get eaten, although guests are stiff baffled by the absence of a TV and all that wonderful Christmas programming.

I draw your attention back to my original question. What I seem to be in the mood for right now is the kind of mincemeat that my mom made at Thanksgiving and Christmas with apples and raisins. And I'm a vegetarian so I need the kind with no meat products please. And I'd like some really good vanilla ice cream with that. OK?

Not to steer the discussion away from strange British eating habits, but I was very disappointed with you people. There was a complete lack of SexGen beds in the yardsale. I know with all the degenerates and perverts we have in the Cartel someone should have been selling a SexGen.
My faith in all that is good and pure in SL has been crushed. The only way to restore it is if all of the Cartel ladies, except for Cee's naked granny, to send me a pair of panties.
