heard that there are a lot of ripped skins there and that the owners don't do anything becouse they where "uploaded Legally" ??? Or am I wrong?

The only skins I have seen so far in LCO were apparently by one maker, at the freebie store in the newbie area. But I never bothered to explore LCO all that much. I saw no sign of ripped skins there, in the few visits I have made.

This is what happens when ego becomes more important than good business sense. Common sense should tell this woman that locking out Simone Stern, after she already gave her the island anyway - would result in negative publicity (that will not go away for a long time). But her personality took over and she had to show Simone who was boss.

We see it happening in SL all of the time. Until a real company run by real professionals comes down the pike we will be reading about these horror stories in SL and other worlds.

OK, Haven't read through the thread. Just a quick response to this (I only came in because I saw Katt commented)

Doesn't TRU sell a ton of skins? I am NOT saying they are ripped but right in the middle of the store are a ton of what appear to be skins.

Legend City Online, formerly known as Central Grid, is one of the numerous grids made using the OpenSim and OpenGrid software, and variations thereof, for the back end.
