Did you see them in the vicinity of Bradmoor? I've been busy inventing realistically textured physical balloons. I havn't finished putting in all the safety code for them yet in case they go rogue on me so there's a slight chance one or two of them got away.
*figures "rogue balloon" should be some good feedstock for a Friday thread...*

I recall reading about something like this a long time ago. It was a part of someone's furniture or something like a dolphin or flying bird rezzing device. It was something where they turned off or removed the source and stopped them from appearing.
