Full Screen. I don't do anything else when logged in mostly. I shut everything down when in world, even Windows Explorer.

Windowed mode on my iMac. I just like access to the web and email when I am in world without tabbing out of SL. I haven't noticed a performance difference either way on my computer.

Windowed, but usually maximized, lol. I sometimes have a tendancy to not place my hands on the keyboard in the correct position. This can result in accidentally pressing the "Windows" key which has, in the past, caused me problems with full-screen mode. I also do things like fly up when I meant to walk forward; it's annoying, lol.

I only use the full screen mode. When I'm in SL I'm in SL and don't want to be interrupted by RL email or anything else. :)

People who have very low-end graphics hardware sometimes find that running full-screen is easier on their CPU than running in a window. Thus, I hope LL shapes up full-screen support if it is broken. OP, can you post the bug number?
.

Whuuuu? No sheep?! /me bugs eyes
I'm so used to playing Sims2 in full screen mode and hitting the alt/tab key as second nature, that if it were to give me just one more lil inch, I'd be willing to go back to that! LOL I'm so out of the know sometimes I amaze myself.

Full screen mode, but I still go back and forth with other applications. I find Alt-Tab much easier to use than hunting in the toolbar for the right application. So running full-screen doesn't interfere with my ability to switch back and forth at all.

Yeah on a PC I would agree, based on the layout. The Mac is different because the dock runs along the bottom, and I have pretty much all of my oft-used applications there, so it's much faster for me on a Mac to simply run in windowed mode and have the window very large but still leaving the dock available to access other programs very quickly.

I'd pick http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-5701 though, it's not just mousewheel scrolling that's broken it's scrolling of any kind (UI or keyboard arrows don't work either).

Windowed vs full-screen doesn't make a difference for me either... neither works on the two puters I tried it on.

Ah, thanks for the update. I chose 5769 because it already had 2 votes to the 1 vote on 5701, squeaky wheel...

The poll has been fun, and I am a little surprised so few use full screen. Let's hope they fix it soon. :^)
