From: Ivanova Shostakovich I don't think the current avatar mesh could support an extra head.  Yet 'hair up the butt' is doable. Pff.. I would prefer having an extra head (RL\SL) than a long mane attached to my arse. Edit: Ahh, Gabriele, great multi-heads think alike.
