Hi JackJack and welcome to the forum :)

You need to take that name out of your post..... naming names (no matter what the reason) is against forum rules.

You may also want to explain a bit more what your problem is so that the residents here can try and help you :)

Again, welcome :)

Take the name away? she sent me (and many other ppl) a faked tip jar with a script that steal money, up to 65535L$ just granting to the script the debit permission and i should take her name away? LL consider me a fraud risk for no reason and who really try to fraud ppl can continue without problems?

I post here the script that is inside the tip jar:

From: the tip jar

//Remarque importante (prière de ne pas l'ôter)

Look the pay() function. Try to get the name from the tief= UUID

...and i should not post a name?

...and after see this script, then i'm still flagged as fraud risk.

Well, aside from the seriousness of the issue.

Looking at the script, I for one, am glad this is the general scripting/coding level of the people wanting to abuse others in SL. Otherwise we would have been in a LOT more trouble...

Every debit system in SL requires you to first click on a big yellow coloured requester, clearly stating the risks of debiting.

NEVER allow this for any item you don't have a background on. Either by knowing the contents of the script, knowing the person who created it and the specific person having a clear 'clean slate'.

A tip jar doesn't need debiting in the first place, imho.

So you read it and you STILL granted it debit permissions?
I'm not quite sure what to say about that.

You should still remove the name from your post and send this to the Lindens if you haven't already. We can't help you with this.

No i haven't granted it (of course!)

I post this because who sent that script is still searchable and her profile appears still active...
I'm flagged as fraud risk for no reason since 20th november and who really try to fraud has no punishment by LL

I'm confused....... you didn't grant the permission? So the tip jar didn't take your money?

So why are you flagged as a fraud risk? Did you also send this to other people?

Ah okay.........
So what you're in fact asking is why you are flagged by the Lindens?
In that case you should contact LL, because there is no way another resident can answer that for you.
I'm presuming you've submitted a support ticket about this?

Add: you may also want to remove that script from your earlier post, wouldn't want to give anyone ideas ;)

Of course not!

I was flagged even before to receive the jar, there is a problem in the riskapi i suppose, but lindens won't tell me (and other residents) why are us flagged.

I read that many here have slowdowsn withdrawing funds (us$) from lindex, more than 30% of transactions to SLExchange are returned because of riskapi... and lindens just ignore us.

The script i received was in my original post just for compare how a real frauder account was not suspended, and a non-frauder user (like me, and many others) are flagged.

A linden (what stupid rule, the no-names!) told me to put payment info and use it. I put it and... i'm still flagged... i bought some L$... and i'm still flagged... what should i do now for be able to withdraw some money i've made selling objects and not frauding anyone? go to linden village and rob them? :D

I feel for you and agree, that LL needs to do better management and testing, esspecially on somethign that impacts the users like RiskAPI.

That aside, could you remove the script from this post? It may be available other places, buy let's not make it easy for con-artists to find it to rip of even more people. Thanks.

It would be ludicrous to tell someone you are investigating for fraud why you are investigating them. Surely that is obvious to anyone.

replaced core parts with XXXXXX

anyway yes... LL acts as gods... they decide, based on secrets algorithms, who can have a life here and who not, and the worst thing, they ARE NOT even say the reasons..

Maybe i've done anything wrong? maybe i've sold something to an av that got his money by frauds? maybe i've camped by an av that had stolen the money he use for pay? if i've done something wrong i can accept the punishment, but since they flag and don't tell the reason, this makes annoyance.. and then a angry resident can be a high image damage for them...

Are you still flagged as RiskAPI? Does that mean you cannot make transactions, or is your account suspended?

Um maybe its your age of your account or you've already reach your limit? Or
maybe it is because where you got the Lindens in the first place.
I don't entirely get API risk thing.
There are people who gifting a whole lot of money in world due to land sales, jobs, etc.
who have no problems.
I have in world friend who helped me several times with land, etc sometimes giving me 75k in lindens at time and I have never had a problem but I don't cash out.
I only use my L for my credit balance.
Yet by what I read in API risk it actually encourages businesses or players to not accept funds from strangers, and if transactions are happening they encourage they do it out of SL with cash only.
If people did this, people wouldn't need to buy Lindens in the first place.
For some its easier to deal with Lindens, then having to pay each other via paypal, etc.
which makes more money for LL.
Which I don't get.
I don't get either why LL is more concerned when they lose money then the when their residents have been scammed or victims of fraud either.

My account was created in April, i was able to withdraw in the past, and i was already flagged in september (when slx reported 40% of transactions flagged). Now i'm flagged again... slx is reporting 30-35% of flagged transactions and i've business locked again... normally slx transactions flagged are about 2-3%, so i think there is a problem in the api or LL is going out of business...

edit: Response before me answers that.

This is NOT a bad thing.. and for your problem with the script? Abuse Report it. LL does (sometimes) take scams seriously. Just make sure that you say scam and explain HOW the scam works. Be polite about it, or the Linden reading it might just toss it out.

We pushed them to make the debit perm box look different from the others so you'd know it's a 'check it out.' A tip jar should NOT have to debit you.

Really? Bug report it! It's supposed to be a bright yellow/orange with a caution sign on it. I know, because I have to set up my scripted vendors and it's that color.

I think the change was a patch that was created by a user and incorporated by the Lindens in one of the releases a while back, but if you are using a different language client, it might not be yellow....
